3. Pre-Construction 

1. The pre-construction phase is about setting the stage for success. We collaborate closely with your architect and other key partners to plan each detail before construction begins:

5. Interior Selections: Together with your architect and/or interior designer, we help refine material selections and other interior details, making sure each decision aligns with your vision.

4. Construction

5. Project Completion

1. The final stage of your project is about moving in and getting settled. We make sure you feel confident in your new home:

1. Walkthrough of Home Systems: We conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of all systems in your home, including heating, cooling, ventilation, audio/visual, and lighting, so you understand how everything works.

2. New Home Manual: We provide a personalized home manual with all essential information, created by Bauen Build to help you care for and enjoy your new space.

6. Post Build Support

1. Our commitment doesn’t end once the keys are handed over. We stand by our work and are here to address any questions you may have after move-in. Our goal is for you to feel supported and proud of the home we’ve built together.
