Initial Consultation
This is where we begin the conversation – getting to know you, your priorities, and what home means to you. Whether virtual or in-person, we cover:
- Your goals, ideas, and hopes for the home
- Any initial design concepts (if available)
- Your preliminary budget and what’s possible
- An overview of how our pre-construction process works

Once we’re aligned on the scope, budget, and process, we formalize things. The contract ensures that both parties are clear on expectations, timelines, and responsibilities, creating a foundation of trust and accountability for the entire project.

The better we plan, the smoother the build will be. We work closely with your architect and other design partners to get everything dialed in before we ever break ground. Together, we focus on:

Now we bring your vision to life. We keep you informed through Biweekly check-ins and Monthly project updates.

Our work doesn’t stop when the house is done. We stay available for questions, support, and anything else that comes up after move-in.
