A dedicated bike room accessible from indoors or the garage, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and plenty of space to entertain make it ideal for everything from daily routines to lively gatherings.

Modern in Denver featured the house in its Summer 2026 issue, including how we've used the house to teach builders and architects what it takes to do Passive House construction.
